We keep this simple, like everything else we do. This page explains what information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What We Collect
When you book a delivery or pickup, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your delivery address and floor number (delivery bookings only)
- The appliance you booked and your chosen time window
That's it. We don't require an account, we don't collect payment information on this site, and we don't ask for anything we don't need to get an appliance to your door.
Why We Collect It
We use your information for exactly one purpose: to fulfill your booking. Your name and phone number let us confirm and coordinate your delivery or pickup. Your address lets us calculate your delivery fee and bring the appliance to the right place.
Delivery Fee Calculation
When you enter a delivery address, we send that address to OpenRouteService, a third-party mapping service, to calculate the driving distance from our location. This is how your delivery fee is computed. OpenRouteService receives only the address you type — never your name or phone number.
Where Your Information Lives
Booking information is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in the United States. Access is restricted to the business owner and site operator.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your information. Ever.
- We don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above, and only as needed to run this site.
- We don't send marketing messages. If we contact you, it's about your booking.
- We don't use advertising trackers.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking records as long as we need them for business records, warranty service, and legal requirements. If you want your information removed after your booking is complete, contact us and we'll delete it.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or request that it be deleted:

This site is for adults buying appliances. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
